Visit counter
We count visits with a random session id kept in your browser's sessionStorage. We do not store IP addresses or set tracking cookies for counting.
Accounts (passkeys)
Shared hub accounts use passkeys. We store your display name, a hash of your passkey id, and its public key. No password or email is stored for hub accounts. SnapMatch's own login (if you use it) is separate and unchanged.
Live chat
Messages you post via the shared hub chat are public on this site, filtered for profanity, and only the most recent ~50 are kept. Reported messages may be reviewed and removed. Rate limits use a daily-rotating hash of your IP address, held only in memory and the chat room's limit table.
Ask helper
Questions you type or speak to the Ask helper are sent through our server to generate a reply and are not stored or sold. Don't share personal information.
